Furniture, depending on the collection and type of unit, may be assembled or require assembly. Among the pre-assembled furniture are TV cabinets, dressers, and some display cabinets, while beds and large wardrobes require assembly. The furniture is shipped directly from the manufacturer. The delivery driver does not assist with carrying the furniture into the customer’s apartment or house.

The delivery time depends on the product’s availability in stock. If the product is available, the order fulfillment takes approximately 3-7 days. In case the product is out of stock, the delivery time may be extended up to 4 weeks.

It is possible to order delivery through an external company that includes carrying the furniture inside. This service is available for an additional fee, with the cost depending on the size and weight of the individual furniture pieces. In case of dirt or liquid spills, furniture should be wiped with a damp, soft cloth.

To protect the furniture from hot objects, such as hot cups or plates, always use coasters or placemats.

To maintain the shine of the furniture and protect it from various types of dirt, we recommend oiling the furniture every few months using a special oil available in our offer.
